Give Hope
Hope Roots partners with organizations entering into the lives of people facing trauma in aftercare homes for trafficked women, prisons, centers for the mentally ill, and redlight areas. Donations through Hope Roots help our partner projects build and equip safe spaces and develop or attend educational and support programs.
Give Freedom
Hope Roots believes it’s not just our responsibility to respond to the effects of trauma, but to invest in preventing it as well. That’s why we partner with organizations working to prevent exploitation and human trafficking in at-risk populations - raising awareness about human trafficking in the USA, supporting victim assistance efforts in redlight districts in India, and offering scholarships to business or skills-training for trafficking survivors.
Give Courage
Hope Roots offers its own custom workshops in trauma-informed yoga, ahimsa (non-violence), group EMDR therapy, and creative ways to address the lasting effects of trauma on the mind and body. Your donation will help us continue offering these programs, as well as develop new ones, for those involved with trauma survivors, enabling them to continue courageously investing themselves in caring for others.

Scholarships
One way that we are helping to close the treatment gap for mental health services in South Asia is through providing scholarships. Scholarships are available to individuals who are currently serving trauma survivors in South Asia. Current scholarships are for EMDR training in India through the EMDR Association of India. Use the scholarship form below to learn about the requirements and apply for the scholarship. If you want to request training for a group, use the Project form instead.
